Salaire minimum dans l’Industrie de l’habillement en 2020
En 2019, le salaire est de $182.
En 2020 il sera de… $190
Le point très positif est que ces négociations salariales sont annuelles et tripartites, gouvernement, patronat, et syndicats.
L’augmentation est donc de 4.4% alors que la productivité a augmentée de 12.2% et que le taux de croissance est d’environ 7%.
Même si l’on ajoute la prime d’assiduité de $10 et la prime de transport/logement de $7 on reste dans des salaires bien faibles quand même !
Si l’on interroge les ouvriers sur le salaire qui leur permettrait de vivre correctement ils répondent souvent $300. On en est loin !
Le patronat Cambodgien, beaucoup de Chinois en fait, continue à geindre… on se croirait en France avec le MEDEF ! Ils ont réussi à déjà faire diminuer le nombre de jours fériés qui est passé de 28 en 2019 à 22 pour 2020. Le but, inavoué, est de compenser les augmentations des taxes à l’exportation vers l’Europe qui vont augmenter en 2020 suite à des sanctions de l’UE.

Le GNAC, le Medef d’ici pour l’industrie de l’habillement et de la chaussure, demande encore plus de diminution de jours fériés.

Nous vivons dans un monde globalisé ou, quel que soit le régime politique, tout est lié par la finance, le profit, bref par le gavage de quelques un au détriment de la majorité.
C’est vrai en France comme au Cambodge.
La différence est que les choses évoluent dans le bon sens au Cambodge alors qu’en France…
Selon le ministère du Travail et de la Formation professionnelle, le salaire minimum mensuel pour les travailleurs du textile a été porté à 190 dollars US. La mesure est effective à compter du 1er janvier 2020.
